SAVE YOUR MONEY!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! Do not order from these clowns! We’ve just moved into the area and the 2nd night after moving into our new place we felt like pizza for dinner. WRONG DECISION EVER!!!! We ordered for delivery and payed online. After an hour and a half of waiting, we rang the store and after putting us on hold for a few minutes, they responded with “I’m sorry we made your order but sent it to the wrong address” so they don’t bother about ringing to apologise. After a lengthy 3 hour wait we finally got our order delivered, but not the whole order. At this stage it was almost 10pm at night and just wanted to go to bed. We have since tried ordering from these clowns again, and unfortunately nearly the same thing happened again. Safe to say we won’t be getting pizza from this place again.

Staff nice but they certainly don’t know how to make a pizza. First time I bought pizza from here there was no tomato sauce base just a few toppings, next time was better but still left a lot to be desired. They should take a few lessons from the cooks at Domino’s Tannum Sands, only had takeaway that a neighbour had bought from Tannum but it was 100% better than Kirkwood

Was the worst experience, forgot part of the order delivery driver told me oh well he hasn’t got it so call the store. Called the store they didn’t care was offer refund for missed meal but I had to come into store to get it so was pointless getting delivery ♀️

We often get pizzas from here and they’re always exactly what you pay for. But unfortunately tonight I got my usual pizza which looked like it had a cup of water poured over it? Like it had been cooked under something that was defrosting in the oven? Not sure, but the water was running out the side of the box and the dough was just a soggy gross mess. I called because it’s a long drive back to the store, and I wanted to just let them know that something had gone wrong in a usually great store, but the bloke immediately offered to deliver us out a new pizza for free! I was not expecting such great service, I wish I caught his name. ✌ Much appreciated.

For reference, I had online earlier in the daysday I was somewhat strapped for time between shifts and needed dinner, and had paid for added spring onion with my Marghereta pizza. When I arrived at the store, I said my name and that I was picking up a Margherita pizza. Two of the attendants didn’t seem to know that I had ordered, and after briefly looking on the shelves, started consulting their receipts and computer system. After about three minutes, they checked the shelves again, and finally found my pizza.

Ordered a 50% more topping pizza but got a larger base with the same amount of toppings spread thinly. For a vegerama I would think a few more toppings wouldn’t have been too much trouble. Disappointed as we like Dominoes Vege pizza most of the time.

Got a prawn garlic pizza, thought yeah, i’ll pay the 3 bucks extra for 50 percent more toppings, do you think I got 50 percent more toppings? No, I got an extra large base with about the same amount of toppings as a normal sized pizza. Don’t waste your money on extra toppings, you are just paying for more crust. I won’t be ordering pizza again for a year or so now.
