It was my first time trying hungry Jack’s and why the burgers are better everything else was awful. The nuggets tasted old, the chips were horrible along with the potato and what gravy balls. Had hardly any gravy in them and the drink I had was not nice at all. Don’t think I will go back. Plus the tables were not cleaned after people had left .

Amazing customer service, keep it up guys. Stupid self order machine didn’t want to take payment. Super fast response from a team member, sorted our order out str8 away….. Head management should let staff put OUT OF ORDER on broken machines though.

Waited 25 minutes in drive through. Got to check out and had to wait for the food. Spent $32. Food was stuffed in the bag which torn open as the attendant finally handed it to me, spilling the chips everywhere.

I usually use drive thru and it’s always an easy experience. The menu is on display at the ordering box so I can see what is being featured. I have fussy children so I often ask if one thing can be substituted for something else and it’s never a problem.

Just ordered a large triple whopper meal deal with a chocolate shake instead of a soft drink. Not a terribly complicated order you would think but I was presented with a chocolate shake that had melted to the point is was no longer digestible & recieved a double whopper with no tomato, no pickles & a mountain of onion. asked for a cuppa tea for my nan with 5 sugars it came back cold and sour with no sugar went back got another one made it boiling had to go back AGAIN.. no sugar had to go back a 3rd time asking for the paper bags of sugar honestly horrible
