Extremely rude older lady with short short hair served us. Just so the boss knows exactly who! 🙂 We walked up to the counter, took a while for her to acknowledge we were standing there and I then asked if they make an iced long black and she replied back ‘if that’s what you want’ in a really rude manner. Then she walked away talking to another staff member and I’m standing there wondering is she making it or.. then nothing. We ended up walking away and giving our business elsewhere with much better customer service !

Staff member very rude and insulting when my husband quietly told her the coffee was very weak and awful as we were leaving. Unfortunately for her I was still at counter when she made a smart condescending comment to her co-worker and sniggered. I explained to her that being rude when a constructive comment is given is extremely unprofessional and rude. Definitely will never go back. Plenty of other places with good service and coffee in Tamworth.

I threw mine out. Was way too heavy handed on the syrup, no coffee kick at all. My girlfriend threw hers out because it was so thin it tasted like it was mostly water. Staff was a bit short with us when we ordered but I can take that as a bad day.
