The quality of the food and coffee here is pretty good. Though, one time I was waiting on my order, a big in stature woman- typical Karen type- was loudly berating a small Asian employee about doing her job properly. I mean, fair enough but just settle down, don’t berate your staff in front of customers, just makes you and the Dome look really unprofessional.

Came out to brunch and it was a busy afternoon for a Sunday. Had to clear a table to sit at and watched as waitresses brought drinks to tables and didn’t bother to clear any on their way back to the kitchen. Food arrived and was not up to standard at all. Eggs were overdone, everything was cold, didn’t get the fruit with the kids waffles as I ordered and the kids chips and tenders came with a total of 5 chips! Disappointing especially when you pay money for good food and dining. Can’t say I will be going back unfortunately

We have been here multiple times and get the same result. This time the big breakfast eggs was raw not once but twice, sausage was so over cooked it was wrinkley and dry, muchrooms were not fresh and still raw and coffees were barley warm. We always buy for a family of 5. Unfortunately we won’t be back any more.

Our family went today to Dome as they prepared for their much-anticipated reopening. The interior renovations are amazing with lovely historic accents and large windows letting in lots of natural light. The food and drinks were all well-prepared and very tasty. The new staff did a fabulous job, were very helpful, and seemed to be having fun.

They got the whole order wrong, had to wait another 30mins and when it did arrive it was warm not hot. My grandson’s order of waffles came only with strawberries. No ice cream or whipped cream came with it. Didn’t know I had to pay xtra for it.. The only improvement is the new decor and seating arrangements. It will be another year before I go back to Dome in Kalgoorlie.
