I visited Taco Bell with my family of four and I was very unhappy with the service and the food. They forgot to give us fries, didn’t label the meals, and the soft drink machine was broken and only dispensed foam. The food was bland and soggy, and not worth the money. I would not recommend Taco Bell to anyone who wants a satisfying and tasty Mexican meal. Taco Bell needs to improve their quality and customer service if they want to keep their customers happy.

First time to a Taco Bell and was looking forward to a nice big taco to eat for lunch. Ordered the 2 taco combos on soft tortillas and I should have probably requested for filling on the tortilla as what came out was lucky to even have a teaspoon of meat and not sure where the cheese was and very little of old looking lettuce.
