I had disgusting experience with them today.I ordered some food with burger edge via uber eats. My salted caramel sundae tasted awful as the vanilla is spoiled. I called them and they told me they will call me back but did not receive any call until i called them again after 1 hr and 30 mins. And nothing happened. Worst case scenario is food poison due to spoiled ice cream served. Lucky i tasted it first and did not give it to my nephew straight away.

I ordered the beef stack. It was so juicy and the fries just makes a perfect meal But the only thing i didn’t like was the fact they kept a tissue under the burger. Which soaked and i had to walk all the way to get some tissue as its self served restaurant. The only suggestion i would give them would be if you make juicy burger please give more tissues. Overall the quality of the food and the atmosphere was 10/10

Awful smell when i walked in, burgers are dry and disgusting, place is not clean i could see the mops lying around near food and flour, and BEWARE MUSLIMS, i saw them tell this group of muslims that they are halal and that they cook their bacon separately but then saw them cooking bacon right on the same grill as the “halal” beef. Disgusting place, Disgusting practices, will not be visiting again and will be reporting them to the health and safety regulators. A disgrace to the Epping north community. Please avoid if you don’t want to catch salmonella or some other vile disease from here. or if you are a practicing muslim. they are liars.
