The chicken nuggets were burnt. Fried was not well cook , staffs are friendly but they always chatting in a group and when i was waiting for the drink they were still talking and i need to look at them and my drink and them and my drink like it was done long time ago then someone walked and grabbed it for me, i went there at night time barely customers there but lot of staffs the Angus burger was really dry

There is a lot to said about the customer Service at this store. There are some members that great service and acknowledge you but I have to say certain morning staff have some attitude. All I can say is management really need to look at giving there staff customer service training, if you can’t serve customers and acknowledge them rather than coming to the window looking at the ceiling and handing over the food and walking away you shouldn’t be doing this job. The morning barista during the week especially, her attitude and lack of customer service really needs to be looked at by management.

I been to this mcaas 4 times and every time you go and see the staff is too busy in chatting with each other. Food was absolutely rubbish. Fries were way too salty that you would ever imagine. Burger’s patty was not even warm. Management has to do some kind of training if they really want this store to run.

Very poor quality of serving and most common words sorry about that. Staff is always busy in doing non customer serving activities. Today again 15 minutes for the chips. Government wants to support local businesses but how if the business doesn’t support local communities.

when I came to this mc Donalds I was expecting minimal customer service, nevertheless I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful customer service of a lovely girl named Maddy and the attentive manager Christina. Amazing service I will definitely be coming back!
