Found this in my mc chicken when I was chewing I felt something weird and turned out to be nail tip , very disappointed and disgusting. I don’t know if this was done on purpose or either the place is so dirty or the staff there don’t wear gloves. Purchased on the 23/05 not sure exact time but it was around 0700. This is serious thing someone could choke and might cause Loss of life because of those ignorant workers .

The team was absolute rubbish on night shift, all were too busy having a laugh and chit chatting while we waited to be served 10 minutes later. Had to go back twice because my hot chocolate was disgustingly cold and milky. Start hiring some decent people.

The girl working in drive thru today with the hat on, brown hair Aussie looking girl. 31/08/2023 very rude to me in the waiting bay drive thru. I waited for 10 minutes for my coffee for starters, then to have this girl come out and scream at me because I didn’t move up to the first waiting bay when the previous car had left, I was actually in disbelief by her attitude, she rolled her eyes when I said she could be a little nicer as that’s her JOB AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE!!!!! her nicer colleague then bought my coffee out just after I got screamed at meaning I didn’t need to move up to the next waiting bay anyway? DO BETTER WITH YOUR STAFF MCDONALDS WOLLERT!!! AND HAVE THEM TRAINED BETTER TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS!!!

Absolutely disgusting car service. I asked for fresh cooked and I keep watching them and I lie to your face they take the food that’s been sitting there for over half an hour disgusting service. They spent more time talking to each other instead of listening to the customers.
