This McDonald’s must kill it being in the city and 24 hours a day! They definitely have the monopoly when it comes to fast food and drive through. I really like the sitting at the window on the comfy cushion seats. The service is fast and so is the drive through wait. It is definitely serving inner-city Townsville well! I always order on the app and my order is seriously almost waiting for me when I walk in. Good job everyone.

if you support the exploitation, wage theft, underpayment, zero-hour contracts and rude service of pimply faced school kids and their abrasive bullying 18 year old high school drop out managers who scream and verbally abuse their staff in front of customers (and sack them for calling out their unprofessional behavior) then by all means come here, otherwise avoid this dreadful place. i have zero respect for workplace bullies and the food is the worst of any maccas in qld, one star is asking far too much
