Hi, a big shout out to Zambrero’s Yamanto, Ipswich. My 11yr old is struggling adjusting to her new Coeliac diagnosis. She has sensory processing and her main go to takeaway is Zambrero. Due to the frequency of our visits to the store the assistant manager has been very accomadating making up an order card my 11 yr old can just give to the staff member each visit to get her order right with clean utensils to take stress out of ordering. Manger has also advised all the staff my child’s order to help whenever we come into the store. THANK YOU Yamanto Zambrero. Today we spent a couple of hours in Zambrero’s enjoying a safe meal, air con, a nice calming space while having fun playing a couple of board games we bought with us. We may spend some more days over the school holidays at Zambrero’s. Please note its always best to make special order requests in store instead of drive through.

I went through the drive through on Friday and honestly the staff member was amazing with how she asked and responded to my order. I typically dread drive through like this where there is options but this time was different and a great experience.

Very polite staff and super quick service! The cleanliness of this store is outstanding. The food is always mouth watering but with a pleasant flavour. The staff always friendly and always explain what ingredients are free and what is charged. If I could replace the star system with power burritos, this store would get five burritos!

Relaxing environment. The bowls are small portions compared to GYG which was 3 stars. But their gluten free IQ wrap was huge amd tasted great. They have 6 or 7 free sauces which is great for flavour combos, bit can be messy in the wrap. Overall 4 stars for their large GF option.

What is the deal with this store. I honestly drive to the other side of town just to avoid it but when I do drop in, they never fail to disappoint. Train them how to roll a burrito. They just roll it into a ball. They don’t bother getting any of the beans out of the spoon. The girl there just vaguely squirts sauce on it and when you ask for a “little bit more” she pours half the bottle on. Doesn’t even look down to see her work. But the rolling the burrito into a baseball because of laziness and lack of monitoring by management that really annoys. I wonder how many other people like me just go to Jacks or KFC instead. Its hard to believe someone owns a building like this and let’s it go so poorly. It never fails to fail. Maybe the manager from the other side of town should drop in and see their work sometime. I love Zambrero but not from this store. I mean its 13 dollars a burrito. Just a small amount of effort makes a huge difference when you serving someone one scoop of rice and one scoop of meat which they also seem to stinge you on because it makes it easier for them to not roll properly anyway.

Every time I go through the drive thru there I ask for no tomato as I am ALLERGIC! I always get it put in my burrito. When I get home I find out and call the shop and they NEVER ANSWER! I leave a message and NEVER get a call back. I never get compensated for the burrito I can’t eat and it never improves. They are lucky I can’t afford to sue them for the health issues they cause me every time I go! This location is an embarrassment to the company and embarrassment to the hospo industry. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!

Regular visitor using the drive through. Really lovely staff, enjoy fresh made burritos, ice cream sandwich and drinks. Wait time is sometimes quicker than other drive-throughs restaurants!
