Been here 3 times. The first time my son’s burrito fell apart. The second time ordered thru online delivery. The bowl was dreadful, couldn’t even eat it and a collapsed burrito. Uber eats ended up returning us some money back. Third time my daughter and son went in. A collapsed burrito and we ordered power bowls x 2. When we opened we were shocked three quarters lettuce, no big portion at all and then charged for sour cream. They put Jaleponos on I can’t eat them as I’m allergic just tossed off n threw back in container. I was so shocked at my lettuce meal. I emailed that night, the next morning got a message we will retrain and give us another chance. Don’t think so, might want to go and see how they run it at wanneroo as you can’t fault them. A real disappointment for our shops at Banksia Grove. Don’t bother emailing them everyone gets the same email back.

very disappointed with my experience tonight, ordered my partner and myself through doordash for half the items to be missing..contacted the store as well as the driver and got absolutely no help or guidance. the quality of the one item that actually showed up was disgusting, falling apart. requested a refund but not enough to order again! what a waste.

Bad customer service from the young boy the other night. No one said hello or acknowledged me when standing there. No friendly service or smile. The staff members also didn’t know how to do split payment and there was no manager on site. The burrito was also slopped together and fell apart when I ate it.
