Walked in, no other customers in the store, 2 staff behind the counter not doing anything and they just awkwardly looked at each other and then didn’t serve me. After a couple minutes minutes one of them plucked up the courage to take my order. She was super stingy with the serving quantities; and I know what the quantities should be, I have been a loyal Zambrero’s consumer for 15 years. C’mon guys, pick up your game. I’m on your side.

The service by the girl was amazing but she needs help. There was 3 people waiting in store and more at the drive thru, let alone the fact she is by herself if an accident happens. She is an asset to your business, but she was so stressed out being here by herself!!
