I came here for dinner with my mom. We ordered the Tomahawk steak, and it was good for 2 people. It came with 2 sides and 2 sauces of your choice. It was delicious!!!

I was recommended Black Fire a couple of years ago by a South American friend. I think it’s lost some of that wowness of a new restaurant but it’s still pretty decent. This franchise is along the same vein as Meat & Wine Co. I wouldn’t call it fine dining, it’s probably a very nice mid range place though. The portion sizes are fairly big, the staff are prompt and attentive and it’s good value for money. Ppl giving this restaurant a 3 are too harsh.

Meeting friends for dinner, we had a quiet corner so we could hear each other. Service was attentive, food & drinks served quickly. We had single meals & a banquet at the table. The food was well presented and flavoursome. The kitchen was happy to adjust meals to suit dietary needs.

The Angus fillet was excellent, crispy on the outside, tender in the inside and exactly on the level I wanted it to be. The pumpkin side dish was also great. On top, I enjoyed a nice IPA. Service was very nice as well. Would definitely come again.

I have been here many times and have found the food excellent. Today I decided to have the fish of the day (snapper), pan fried. The skin was crisp enough – but so was the flesh. I am just astounded. How could this have been served.
