I got to drive through at 10:24am (breakfast closes at 10:30), and got to the order box at 10:32 and they said they finished breakfast menu. It’s now 10:39 and I’m still in drive through and there was only 5 cars total in drive through… some fast food… they should have a transitional period for people waiting for breakfast menu to be served breakfast.

Gomez is amazingly yummy my fav fast food, but if you can’t wrap a burrito I don’t see the point in going there. This has happened at Nerang, Capalaba, Coomera. Guys at hope island oxenford nail it every time and it’s perfect. Might as well order a bowl if it falls out like this.

Just wanted to start with the fact that we have been placed in the waiting bay numerous times and have been forgotten about for over 20 minutes, including tonight. However, we were at the front window this time and had an online order of only 2 CARAMEL sundaes and one lot of churros but we were waiting for over 15 minutes to get the wrong sundaes. The lack of organisational skills and customer satisfaction is extremely low with this happening multiple times something needs to be changed. It is extremely frustrating when you continually fail to meet customers needs and wants when it comes to the title “fast food”.

Recently went using an app order for the breakfast menu, and unfortunately when picking up our order the bag ripped and spilled the food and drinks on the ground. Unfortunate right? But no biggie the lady said they’d make it again and we parked in the waiting bay.

Ordered dinner last night and left disappointed. The younger girl on the counter was nice, but our meals came out cold. I complained that our chips were old and cold, so i asked for fresh chips, my wife then complained that her fries nachos were cold as well, so I sent that back too. Replacements for both items were remade but the lady who gave us the replacements had zero customer service and then chips that were replaced were way over seasoned.
