Paid 6,50 for a chicken burger that’s a quarter of the bun and it’s been sitting there for the whole day thats how dry it is

VERY DISAPPOINTED, got myself and my daughter some lucnh today from this place. I’m very shocked to taste the food just to find out that, all of it was cold or stale and the chicken was undercooked. Plus the sausage in batter was a gross brown colour. 1/10 do not recommend, staff are great though!

Generally the food is really good and the staff are excellent. My only complaint is they only know one salt level; heaps lol. Even when you ask for just a tiny amount it’s still drowned. Other than that, it’s a great place for take out. Definitely one of the better ones in the Burnie area.

Really disappointing. I’ve given this shop more than one chance. Go there in the afternoon and its ran by children. Not an actual adult in sight, which is scary. Ask them to do anything at all for you other than shovel you the dry old food from their Bain-Marie and they’ll roll their eyes and sigh, literally stomping about the place while you wait. This review is their fault and could’ve been avoided. They’re always short with me, only one adult lady has ever been anything close to friendly. If the owners could see the foul attitude these kids give off there’s not way they’d let it go. I’m taking my business elsewhere unfortunately.
