Five people working here at KFC in Grafton shopping world, 3 customer orders and took 15 minutes for a chips, potato and gravy and two strip’s. Kids running the place, no manners, customer service or care. In the last 30 years the worst KFC I know. On par with the other KFC in Grafton. Cold food, always out of stock of items. Get a kebab next door instead.

I was driving down from Gold Coast and decided to stop in Grafton and went to this place. First of all the staff were the most unprofessional here. i orderd chicken, chips and cold drink. Chicken was dry, hard and salty. Chips were wet and salty. I do not recommend this place. Have been to KFC in 6 different countries and 3 different continents and this is the worst one till date

Feeling budget conscious, had a late lunch. Tenders burger were nice and fresh enough despite probably not being piping hot. When I got to my chips, after I had finished my burger, they were cold. And not really much salt evident despite asking for extra salt. I were told that they had gone out a bit ago so too bad. Which is a shame as I am not a fast eater and can’t eat a burger and chips all at once. No straws for drinks in bag either. Don’t mind drinking a can no straw but a frozen drink I needed one.

TERRIBLE service!! Was told they had to turn the fryer back on to cook our burgers for our combos. Ok, so waited for that. They had obviously packed our chips when they took the order, 12 minutes before delivering our burgers as they were cold and only half full!! When I questioned some charges on the receipts two teenagers behind the counter just backed away saying ‘I didn’t take that order’ instead of just explaining it.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a zinger combo and took them about 5 minutes to come and tell me they had no zinger fillets left so i asked for a refund and took another 5 minutes for someone to come out and do that. Ordered 2 go buckets with extra salt with that order and came with hardly any chips and no extra salt and was cold. Useless

Went to kfc in the foodcourt today. Ordered my meal. While at counter noticed the place was like chaos with foid spilt every where on counter where they prep boxes which is not a good look. Only received half my order and the gravy was very pale and the potato was so gluggy you could not mix it together. Worst kfc I have ever had. Will not be going back there. Only put one star so i could write my review did not deserve that star.

I was in shock when I seen my daughter holding her 7 month old baby trying to clean up the frozen drink she spilt. The KFC worker handed her a cloth then they watched her struggle until a lady walked over and complained to the workers on what had occurred. No compassion at all. I had seen two of the workers give my daughter an unwelcome glare as we walked off. Not impressed. The chicken was dry. No positive recommendations here.

Terrible we drove half an hour home and the order was incorrect, missing latge amounts. They hung up and then let the next call go when we complained. Very unhappy customer. Dreadful food quality and service.

Sat and watched our food sit at the counter while the two workers talked about star wars with no intention in calling our number. And over herd other customers being told that they couldn’t buy any chicken because they only had 30 mins till close. Watched $30 walk past because no one wanted to cook chicken
