Seasalt Jetty is literally the best dish and chips I have ever had. The fish got a beautiful crunch, incredible flavour and utterly perfect texture. I have paid much more for worse food. Given Seasalt has a warm and friendly atmosphere and the best food I’ve had in Coffs, you should stop here for some excellent fish and crunchy perfectly cooked chips.

First time visiting, the chips and potato scollap were cooked nicely, the batter was a 50/50 on the fish. Their was a huge line up, and about a 25 minute wait. But all in all it was a really nice feed. If I’m back in town and craving fish and chips again, I’ll definitely be back.

Loved the local kingfish (we had this grilled), it was sweet and grilled well. The crumbed dory was delightful, and you could still taste the fish under the crumb (which was really nice). The chips are very crunchy and tasty, but too salty for me (maybe ask for less or no salt on the chips), and the hand crumbed calamari was sensational.

Food wasn’t bad but definitely not ‘the best fish and chips’ as others have suggested. Fish was frozen then cooked, not fresh. Fish size was under average and very oily. Worst part was the customer service. The lady behind the counter was not very helpful or patient, gave off the vibe of not wanting to be there and making sure it was known.
