We really like Wara usually, but today we came in before dinner time, everything on the conveyor was quite dried out and shriveled looking. We decided to order from the ipad. One item we ordered we saw them take off the conveyor belt and hand to us like it’s fine but when we took one bite it was old the chicken was hard i didn’t feel comfortable eating it. we ordered a few other things and finished those. when it came time to pay we told the staff and they went to charge us for it.

Popped into Wara Sushi for a quick pre cinema dinner a couple of Tuesdays ago. It was about 20 minutes before they closed (as the waitress told us as soon as we walked in). She practically pushed us out the door! Regardless, we sat at the train and grabbed a bite to eat. In and out in 10 minutes with time to spare. Don’t expect cleanliness! Arrived for lunch with the place moderately busy. Got seated at a booth table covered in fish eggs, sauce and used napkins. After the waitress ignored us twice I attempted to clean myself. Sat down for 40mins, No other interactions from staff outside of the bill.

One of my most favorite places to eat and I’ve never had any issues there. However, recently I went there and the large marble table collapsed onto my leg. I was injured and the staff didn’t do anything about it and didn’t even apologize. The metal pole supporting the table was not secure or even attached to the table.
