I visited the store recently to book an order for my son’s birthday party, and the manager went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect pizzas for kids. Her personalized attention and recommendations made the ordering process smooth and enjoyable.

Looking at these 1/2 star reviews its mostly got to do with Wait time, not the pizzas… From my experience of 4 years, Pizzas are good, Service is great. Jake was able to help me out and solve an issue I had. Prices are good, pizzas are good considering the price, only let-down is delivery time from 5-7PM, *To be expected when its dinner time. Again big thanks to Jake for his good service and communication skills, he should be rewarded with a pay-rise or bonus of some sort. Overall 4/5.

Just started stopping here for lunch. Food is tipical of Domino’s pizza. It would be nice if one store would give a little more topping on their pizzas instead of the allocated measured amount every time. They may see an increase of orders if people get more topping no matter what order you ask for. Staff are very friendly though. Which is nice for a change. Will definitely be going back to this store. Keep up the good customer service.

Ordered some Pizza online 3 days ago. I received a confirmation Pizza would arrive at around 7pm. 30 minutes later at 7:30pm and pizza still not received. I called to follow up only to be told it’ll be at least another 30 minutes as they had staffing issues. My guests were due to leave at 8pm so that became pointless. I requested a refund and money still has not landed in my account. I’ll follow again on the refund in a couple more days.

Don’t order online from here unless you want to wait 1.5-2 hours. Placed an order on 8PM on a Tuesday night and it still took forever. I’ve looked at the reviews and it seems like this is a pretty common occurrence. You’re better off ordering from somewhere else! 🙂

I’ve been regular here for years due to how diligent and pleasant the staff are. The quality of food is only an added bonus. Staff here are also always willing to rectify any errors no matter how busy the store is. Kudos to shaleen and the team.

I called Domino’s Rouse Hill 30 minutes after the delivery ETA they provided had passed. The staff member on the phone informed me that they hadn’t even made the pizza yet (this was 1.5 hours after placing my order) and was incredibly rude, and didn’t offer any kind of compensation.
