Everthing was freshly cooked. We had vegetable kiyagare, spicy squid, chicken teriyake and chicken curry. Very delicious prepared in an authentic Japanese way. The lady owner was nice to let us sit in a bigger table as we squeezed in a 2 seater table. We enjoyed the food and will go back when we come back to Cairns.

Really good foods and good proportion! We weren’t plan to have dinner in this place but we found it we never try. We are quite often to eat Japanese foods in cairns. Thats set is actually out of my expectation! It is basically everything is balancing in the bento box , tasty and fresh!!! Nice and hot! We are really surprise by the quality of foods! Definitely will go back again!

This is NOT your ordinary katsu place! The pork katsu is absolutely DELICIOUS (and they are the best)! Very crispy on the outside but very tender and juicy on the inside as you bite in further. The prawn and fish katsu are also amazing. The spicy stir fry squid lunch box is also tasty. Service is really good and very polite.

Had the pork gyoza and the chicken katsu curry and it was perfection. After a long day tour, this meal was exactly what I needed. The staff were very friendly and the place was very clean as well. Definitely eat here if you’re considering it.

Stumbled across this little gem not sure what I was getting into. Walked into the amazing smell of fresh Japanese food and was then greeted by the most delightful staff. Delicious food and generous portions. I’ll be back.

Enjoyed a delicious lunch here! Service was very friendly and accommodating to my allergies. Food was fresh, generous serving size and great flavours. I had cold soba ($17) with added chicken karaage ($8). Both were delicious and authentic. Nice atmosphere with instrumental piano jazz music in the background. Would definitely come back here!
