Social Profile: 
The authentic Indian food influenced by the aromatic, spices laden fare of its medieval rulers. The cusine took on a new dimensions once the mughals came into in the 18th century. The Nawabs were known for their love of finery and their expert palaces cooks were encouraged to dream up lavish dishes fit for feasting on large ceremonial rugs.
The legacy of both the Mughals and Nawabs remains clear in India. Present day indian cusine is built upon rich and robust preparations such as minced kebabs, Naan breads, korma,dal, biryani, typically enriches and fragranced with cardamom, saffron and all other aromatic spices. Saturday night dinner for 7 of us. The restaurant was spacious and comfortable. Everyone who had the butter chicken raved about how good it was. I had Beef vindaloo and it was hot The entrees were what you would expect of a good Indian restaurant (the mixed entree platter looked great!), and the naan bread excellent. We ordered too much and they happily supplied containers for us to take the leftovers home. This is a local, family run business. If you love Indian food you should certainly visit Tikka n Talk.
