While the service was great unfortunately the food was a big let down. Very overcooked, the octopus & prawn entree were like eating leather. We had to send the pork belly main dish back (basically all fat & the crackling was like eating puffed oil). The manager quickly sorted a replacement of another choice but we were not the only diners to send a dish back. The potatoes were nearly black in colour. A very disappointing experience so we cannot recommend eating here.

Fantastic place. Service was excellent with a smile and a sense of humor. Food was exceptional, I had a 3 course meal and the price was very reasonable. Gardens are well maintained which really adds to the visual appeal, this sets an atmosphere before you walk in.

Longest wait of my life for a 3 course meal. It took 2 hours and 15 min which is far too long. For 2 people we spent $198 with a glass of wine each so its fine dinning prices but the food was average at best. Theres no atmosphere so overall it was a bland dinning experience. It’s unfortunate to read other reviews that have experienced the same thing. The place had a lot of potential but they need to start solving the points above and stop being a tourist trap.

Lunch Xmas 2022. A fantastic peaceful location overlooking the vineyards with the mountains as a back drop. Service and food was great. Chris and his new floor manager Abdul have hospitality down to a fine art. And best of all it is pet friendly (on request). we will be back.
