Absolutely delicious food, served quick with good staff who know what they’re doing. The ordering process was a little bit different to what I’m used to – you order before you sit, with the only menu in the store being at the till, but the short amount of ramen they offer make it pretty quick to decide which one you want. When your food is ready, they’ll call out your table number and you go over to grab your ramen and take it back to your table yourself. A very low-key vibe, perfect for a rainy day! Would definitely come back on the days I feel like eating meat

Thanks a lot for the free noodles, I haven’t get any proper lunch for 3 days straight and finally got a good lunch in Hakataya Ramen. Sadly I didn’t get the spicy one because I don’t knoooow it’s a better one in here. will surely come again later!!!

Have been here previously and the serving has definitely changed. They used to actually bring your food around to you once seated but now you get your number hollered at you. I had no idea even had the cook knock on the glass in front of me to get my attention). Probably didn’t appreciate that part of it. It’s a busy place and they do serve food pretty quickly. Definitely a different experience than the Hakataya Ramen at Eight Mile Plains or Surfers.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at Hakataya Ramen Queen Street that left me feeling disappointed. The cashier at the counter seemed to ignore the customers standing in front of them and appeared to be wandering around inside the restaurant. It was frustrating and left a negative impression on me. What a waste of time. As a result, I have decided not to visit this establishment again. I hope they can improve their customer service in the future to provide a more enjoyable dining experience for all patrons.

Nice little gem downstairs in the mall. Yum. Great deal with the char-siu men special. Char-sui men also comes with extra slices of tender chasu pork, which is great. Aka had lots of flavour, and spicy. Gyoza were super tasty. Friendly service.

So at the old one it was nice and I would go every week for about six months and always see this one worker who was always so nice. It closed recently and i had a lot of good memories there but all good things come to an end. Hakataya is delicious and I would recommend their classic Nagahama (sorry for spelling) or their Charsui-Men if you like meat a bit more. They took away birthday Ramen but this place always had the water and I don’t even know if they used the small spoons at one point. Great food but wait can be long as this seems to be quite popular compared to the other stores in Brisbane.

Today I visited this store at queen street. Ordered the same food as my last visit sunny bank outlet.. taste is just as good in comparison. Next time I will order something else for a change.
