We had a wonderful meal there tonight. The garlic bread with eggplant dip was very different to most entrees, and was quite tasty. My partner’s gnocchi with beetroot and kale was light and delicious. I had ‘hog and fowl’ (pork ribs and fried chicken) that was done to perfection. It was great meal.

Had dinner there on a Tuesday night. The service was good and the food was fine, nothing wrong with it but nothing special. The main problem was a gentleman taking very loudly in the kitchen that we could hear at the other end of the restaurant- very annoying and distracting- and the music. We like all types of music, and we may be in our 50s but we listen to a lot of current genres. Nevertheless, heavy rap and metal music is NOT appropriate for a restaurant aspiring to be elegant. Thankfully they turned it down when we asked.
