My son won best and fairest at soccer and the store would honour the voucher because my son was not with me saying it’s policy. No where on the voucher does it say this or anywhere in store. I asked to speak to the manager and they told me there isn’t one. Not only that what I did order they got wrong. So what was meant to be a good experience for my son was totally destroyed. Thanks GYG

Recently ordered GyG on Uber eats through this store. Had to wait up to an hour for the food to be delivered with in mind only living 10 minutes away from the store. Once our order finally came, my burrito decided to turn into nachos that another customer ordered with additional toppings not even on there. My partner received their “spicy” burrito bowl which ended up coming with no spice whatsoever with all of the toppings stuck to the top of the lid. Safe to say I’m appalled and would rather drive an extra 20 minutes to MacArthur Square where I’d know I’d receive something that has QUALITY. My fellow friends Guzman and his mate Gomez would be saddened to hear of my experience. BTW CAME STONE COLD.

Put through an order on Menulog, it arrived and was wrong. I paid extra $$ to get extras and I got a meal with even less than the usual standard. We disputed it on the app and put through another order so I could eat something, still waiting, the driver has been at the restaurant for over 30mins. Absolutely terrible GyG.

Neither the restaurant nor the support centre would refund my money! These guys have no integrity or the empathy! I’ve been going here for many years now. This will stop from today!

The portion sizes at this GYG are small in comparison to other franchises. The portions aren’t worth the price in my honest opinion. Go to Penrith and Parramatta and you’ll see what I mean.

Delivery drivers are so good but gyg staff is worst. I really saw today while I was dining in, that GYG staff member (old short heightened lady) shouted at one of the drivers and asked him to bring heating bag!! I mean it should have been done very politely instead!

The burrito bowl was really delicious! Plenty big enough to fill you up. Nice & fresh tasting, had the barramundi one. The tacos were very sloppy, but pretty tasty. Service was a bit stretched and we got no paper towels of cutlery. Would go back for the bowl
