I visited this store last week and used the self-serve kiosk to order a chicken Boss Burrito in a meal. As I didn’t like the sauces it came with, I opted to remove them and pay 1 dollar extra to get the nacho cheese sauce. I ate half way through the burrito entirely dry before heading to the counter and telling the staff that my burrito was bone dry, for them to tell me that they definitely put sauce on it. I retired from eating it as it was disgusting in it’s fully dry state, so I dissected the burrito to find what could only be described as a ‘splash’ of the sauce placed at one end of the burrito. Who in their right mind wants a 97% completely dry burrito to dry their mouth almost entirely out? It was disgusting and as this was my first time paying for an alternate sauce to better my experience of the meal, all I received was a completely dry burrito with only my added jalapenos to give any source of liquid. I truly hope the staff there are taught better in future because either the person that made my burrito doesn’t eat any form of mexican food whatsoever, or they haven’t been trained well enough.

It hurts my head how utterly intensely slow they are at making anything. You can see very clearly (because there’s a giant window from the dining area to the kitchen!) just how slowly they make your food, and can also see when they are just standing around talking to each other while you’re waiting. They are also quite often just out of ingredients like nachos or chips. Would not recommend if you’re hungry and want “fast food” because this place is anything but. They’re lucky their food is good and on the cheaper side otherwise I’d absolutely give up going.

OMG what a blast from the past, it’s been 20 odd years since we ate at a Taco Bell in Australia and it didn’t disappoint. Yum, the place was super busy but we only waited ten minutes for food which was impressive.

Unfortunately Taco Bell food is not good. The meat in the tacos is horrible, & the chips are quite soggy. The churros are seemed either overcooked or been sitting for too lonh, so it’s really hit or miss. The nacho fries were better than the tacos but it wasn’t amazing. I definitely prefer Guzman’s rather than here.

The tables had these wireless charger spots, but none of them were installed… So there were exposed wires sticking out of the middle of every table. It’s almost as though they rushed to open the store before it’s construction had been completed.

Me and my mate came here for lunch and got two boss burrito boxes, probably the best thing I’ve ever eaten after gym, there was a little bit of a wait, but that can be expected when you don’t have one person making the food, I do recommend getting there before lunch and dinner rush as they were getting pretty swamped with orders when we left, overall great food, great service, and the music was great. Recommended for any Tex mex food enjoyer
