The wait time and service was terrible. A bunch of kids who have no one directing them. And a lack of awareness that customers were waiting to be served. Kids need training, direction and a good talking to about caring about what’s going on around them. Do better with your training HJ!!!

The boneless crispy fried chicken was pathetic. Virtually no crumb, more like chicken nuggets. 5 Very small pieces for $17. Looked nothing like tv ad. Will never buy this product again, woeful. The manager that got transferred from Orange is absolutely wonderful as is the new district manager as they were both very helpful and understanding with my issue, the store has improved a lot in the past month with the new district manager and I am excited to see the store thrive with her in charge as she is extremely well with customers and stepping in when necessary and I am happy to change my 1 star to 5 stars ✨️✨️✨️✨️
