this used to be the best KFC in Calamvale and surrounding suburbs. To the point where we would drive out of our way to go here the food used to always be fresh, steaming hot and always delicious. while the service is fast enough. The food now is just disgusting. I’ve given it ago twice in the last month. I had purchased it just yesterday. and the chicken had tastes so old is incredibly dry. The chips were not nice either. I ate two pieces and threw the rest of the chicken pieces in the bin. by late afternoon the, chicken, I ate made me violently ill I will not go back there. I don’t know what happened to service is fast wash. The food now is just disgusting. I’ve given it ago twice in the last month and the chicken tastes so old is incredibly dry. This last time made me violently. Ill will not go back there. I don’t know what happened to this KFC, but it is so rundown now, the eating area the tables are always dirty and the floors are filthy and the toilets rarely clean

Absolutely disgusted! After my children had already eaten most of the popcorn chicken included in my order we discovered some of it was mouldy, yes mouldy! Will never ever get food from here again. Make sure you heck your food if you do.

Waited for almost an hour for 5 pieces of fried chicken, kept hearing someone throwing stuff like iron trays to show how busy and annoyed they were. Seems no one really cares their job except the poor manager. Used to be my favourite shop but probably won’t visit it anymore.

I came to collect my food and this really nice blonde girl at the front packed it for me when I asked if my order was ready yet. I noticed she gave me an extra wing in my 3pk Wicked wings. I’m not sure if it was accidental or not, but I still appreciate it very much and it honestly made my day. Thanks so much 🙂

I can not comment on inside presentation or the atmoshpere but will say general. The service i got from the speaker box – average. When you say can i have a 3 piece box medium with a pepsi and they say what size is that and then what drink do you want???? Anyway, i came here today as I want to know if there is a shortage on chicken or something. Ordered some chicken tenders (5) piece and 3 piece box meal. The pieces inside the 3 box would be approx the size of one normal large thigh piece. It was a drum, wing and thigh and must have come from a miniature chicken. Next the tenders, I am thinking either management of the owners are cutting costs because i had 5 tenders that all seemed to be cut from a breast piece of chicken and ended up dry, hard and again, from a miniature size chicken. What happened KFC – Calamvale? People adding reviews about was good, long drives to get here etc… When you cut corners, poor staff and management not across this then you have a poor performing store. Something has changed in the last month or so – sort it out or you will loose your local market. Avid chicken tender buyer. 🙁

Pulled up to the drive thru (9:30PM) with multiple other customers to be ignored over the speaker until an automated message played saying the store was closed. I then went inside and ordered. The bathroom is absolutely disgusting with old chips on the floor and god knows what all over the walls, plus the toilet is filthy everywhere except the actual seat

Never get thew chips right. Even if you ask for extra salt, you’re lucky to get a few grains on each chip. The worst time they put so much salt on the chips, they were uneatable (no matter how much we brushed off them, it was still too much)

Waited for over an hour and got told the order couldn’t be fulfilled. Why accept orders when you can’t fulfil them? Not the first time it had happened too. Will never order from this store again, too bad I couldn’t give them a zero star.
