Waited 30mins for a cup of frozen coke. Staffs were talking amongst themselves and forgot about the order. Wet floor, be careful. Lots of delivery drivers as well.

Bought a large meal and was initially given a small soft drink, then told to wait in the waiting bay. We did just that, and when the food (finally) arrived, we were told rudely by one of the employees that the straw was in the bag. When we looked inside, it was only a small chips. Rude staff, poor teamwork, and overall a horrible place.
