I love this place, but I am absolutely appalled that I was served salmon sushi with salmon that has both visibly gone bad and smells off too. This is the first time I’ve experienced this at any sushi hub, and I’m bitterly disappointed. Expected much higher food safety standards from sushi hub.

First time try sushi train food here. Good value for money. Highly recommend scallops, thick cut and fresh.

The seafood is very fresh, the salad is tasty. You can take away or sushi train dine in. Bought a sushi lunch box, don’t forget to bring it next time to get your free green tea or miso soup. Enjoying my food.

This is the best sushi chain now….. Can’t believe I never tried them before… They have an amazing variety of sushi. They do a fantastic job making them… Tastes fantastic… Though a bit on the pricey end but worth it. The restaurant inside is super clean and staff are really friendly.

Honestly pretty piss weak quality. The rice is dry as and the other ingredients aren’t any better. Service here was fine but I wouldn’t expect good sushi here.

This is my favourite sushi hub store – it offers takeaway which is always busy even at breakfast time as soon as they open! as well as a sushi train to dine in and eat at leisure inside. There was a huge variety of items available & the kitchen is busy making more as the turnover is so high which means the sushi is always fresh and have not been sitting around. Everything tasted fresh & well made including the sashimi. you can order off the menu and the staff are all friendly and helpful. Scallop & salmon were both super tasty & lightly torched & surprisingly the vegetable & prawn tempura which was very tasty. All the ships were all nice and very creamy, and I loved the tofu parcels which had flavoured brown rice inside. Never any boring bits in their sushi as even the rice are tasty and flavoursome with a good bite to it. if your dining in, pair it with a tea or beer which both go so well. a fabulous place for dining in or takeaway.

I love getting sushi from sushi hub. They have quite a few vegan options (4 large rolls and some inari), and I appreciate that most of their takeaway packaging is plastic free, just paper boxes. Super tasty, too!

Really gone downhill lately. Sushi’s are noticeably smaller than before and aren’t rolled properly. On 2 visits, both times the sushi’s came apart before even opening the box. They’re squashed in the display cabinet and servers don’t care about giving you squashed sushi with the ingredients falling out as they pick them up with tongs. Did I mention they also raised their prices from $4 a roll.. and again, are smaller than before.

Very rude lady in the cashier who assisted a girl for the payment with coins. Slammed the coins on her bench. I know its busy but still regardless how tired you are or not in the mood it shouldn’t affect the customers. Also there were small flies flying around inside where they put the sushi rolls. I have been always getting sushi on the go from sushi hub but the one in the city is not as friendly and careful.
