I usually get chicken Katsu curry which is good. The place looks tired and now with there is the other sushi train across the road for competition. The sushi can sometimes be messily made and sizes of the rolls are not even, so you could pick one dish up and a couple minutes later when the rest pass by there are rolls for the same price which are bigger. Service is usually good though.

I came into the restaurant for the first time Thursday Night and have to say the young lady who served me was absolutely lovely. Very polite and took the time to help me order as I’ve not eaten from a Sushi restaurant before. Thank you so much young lady I really enjoyed your recommendations.

We are regular orders of chicken curry but the one we recieved today via uber eats from.this local sushi shop was really poor. It was $19.90 (we bought two) and was supposed to come with a drink each which we didn’t recieve either. The curry itself was bulked up with potato, carrot and peas and only had 4 strips of chicken. The chicken had an awful texture which I’d describe as rubbery and perhaps a tad undercooked. Needless to say I didnt finish it. It was also bordering cold.

The service is great, very friendly staff. The food I ordered is fine and take good. The interior is decorated to Japanese style which is fine, too.

Foods are far from fresh, I was disappointed by the look and very little variety on the train, even before I started. We ordered some dishes from the menu, raw salmon in the sushi were grey rather than pink, and the prawn was very dry. Spent over 40 on one udon and 7 dishes of sushi, udon tasted just average not worth the $14 price tag considering the size, sushi dishes were all lower than average. I found cheese block wrapped in sushi, which is ridiculous. Even the soy sauce and wasabi were not as good as what we had elsewhere. The boy served us was quite friendly but there isn’t enough reason for another visit.

Friendly staff, fresh sushi, great variety and priced very well. If you’re in the area and you like sushi. We highly recommend a visit. On that note, we’d visit again. Thanks for having us.
