Worst McDonald’s experience of my life tonight. Ordered a cheeseburger happy meal as a double, and it came as a single and with BOTTOM Big Mac buns!!! No fries! Then when I tried to call, the phone rang out 4 times THEN they took it off the hook. McDonald’s moonah, tas. Send the regional manager there because it’s the worst McDonald’s in the state and has been for a long time! Negligent, careless staff

Rushed in here on my way to an appointment that I arrived late to thanks to this place. Waited 10 min+ at the drive through which was empty – mic was left unattended and only after repeativly saying hello did i get an answer. Paying, the cashier mummbled, was rude and offered no greetings arriving or departing. We were asked to go to bay where we waited again for cold food. The food we received was half empty. Drink tasted like gas. Cheese was barely on the burger and the lettuce was scraps. Chips cold anf boarder line burnt. Meals were cold except for 1 that was hot which was obviously the one holding it all up. Frappe tasted like water milk and had the wrong drizzel. Overall very unhappy. The place is digusting, dated and the food is just as repulsive.

Firstly girl at drive through sounded like she hated her job. Then we had to wait in a bay, got the food eventually got home the chips were cold and soggy and the burgers looked and tasted like they had sat there all day what a waste of $50 on a Sunday dinner. But this is nothing new !

I always have issues with missing items in my orders at this place. It becomes very irritating, especially when you have hungry mouths and missing food. There really needs to be some sort of quality control because it’s becoming ridiculous.

I bet McDonald’s is great but when I went I clearly ordered Hot chocolate and I got coffee. When I got my coffee replaced by hot chocolate they said that I ordered coffee during drive through and I remember clearly I didn’t. Plus they would’ve asked for what type of coffee and stuff and I didn’t say anything like that. So, their service was terrible on that day.

Ordered a coffee and toastie waited 25min instore while watching 3 people in cafe who had no clue what they were doing finally got my coffee then asked for my toastie wasn’t even in the toaster they scrambled gave it to me quickly as I had to get to work went to eat it not even wrapped in paper thrown in bag not cooked cheese not melted and tomato fallen out everywhere not sure who the manager on duty was but they obviously don’t care
