Dinner at @superbueno.vino almost like a month ago on one of their Wednesday 15$ pasta nights: the food was good but not super amazing, but good value given the 15$ pastas. It was pretty busy that night as expected, and the staff seemed flustered from time to time, and the kitchen was also a bit slow (understandably). Overall, I’d go back but maybe not on a Wednesday again.

We had our last drink of the night here. The bar host was super friendly, happy and knew his wines. The 2 disco balls were stunning and the bar well presented. The promotion at this time is $15 pastas and the pics looked delicious, I will come back to try.

Super Bueno is such a fun place for a cheeky mid week night out. Their $15 pasta special on Wednesday is awesome, meaning you don’t feel bad about trying all the things. Also the espresso martini’s are some of the best I have had anywhere!

Stumbled into the restaurant on complete accident – but what a beautiful surprise! The food and the drinks are immaculate, I ordered the ‘feed me’ selection and the servings were plenty! Staff is humorous and friendly. Would definitely come back again.

Came in couple of weeks ago to try this place and wished I’d come sooner! The ricotta gnocchi was the best gnocchi I’ve ever had. So light and fluffy! The ragu was also really good. The tiramisu was amazing! Not too sweet not too coffee-y, had the perfect balance and the added crunch of the pistachios was interesting. The interiors are absolutely stunning matched with groovy tunes and good vibes.

After enjoying drinks at SB dozens of times, I finally made a booking for dinner and we were impressed by the quality of the food. The place is always pumping so we were seated at the bar which was cool as we observed the energy of drink making behind the bar. We shared dishes and really enjoyed our meals

I’ve been here two times and it’s the the best pasta I’ve ever had! The truffle pappardelle was amazing! Top notch hand made pasta and best wines to match. Awesome service, which is so refreshing to have! Will be coming back for more.

Absolutely incredible pasta at Super Bueno! Came with a friend for their $15 pasta Wednesdays and was not disappointed. All our dishes were incredibly appetising, with a unique flavour to each that set them apart from each other. Polenta fries were crisp and seasoned with flakey salt – the perfect appetiser! The carbonara was creamy perfectly balanced with the nori, and the casarecce featured a beautiful sauce. Both serving sizes were perfect to share, and the attendants were welcoming, professional, and always willing to assist. Will definitely be coming back!

Super Bueno is my go-to place to meet clients over a coffee or drink during the day/afternoon and friends for a fun evening of cocktails and something yummy to eat (the Cavatelli with Kale Pesto is my favourite!). There is always a great buzz about the place…the staff are happy and helpful, music is always just right and food is casual and consistent. It’s the Jewell of Gouger St, in my opinion. Keep up the good work, Super Bueno!
