Not sure if anyone actually takes the time to note this for the store and action any reviews but I went into the Logan Village Store last night and one of the girls was too worried about the group of other young people outside even leaving the counter to go and talk with them, talking to the other girl about a boy in the group. The girl that actually service me was polite however the don’t care actions when making the sub was apparent and then to get home and have hubby open his subway and just look at the mess, it was the worst made sandwich we have seen, no care taken and no accountability – Very disappointed

The girl with long brown hair, nose piercings and ear piercings, best description I could give because I didn’t catch her name, literally is the biggest asset to your team. She was so kind, and completed my online order perfectly and in a fast time manner with how busy instore they were. I just wanted to give a little appreciation to her.

service was horrible, four of us went in and there was two people on. We were told there would be a wait on service because they had online orders to complete which is completely fair and we were happy to wait. One person went to the back and stayed there and the other who served us, proceeded to start one of our orders toasted it and then let it sit on the bench while he repeated with the other 3 orders. Once he finished and they were all toasted and cold he started on the salads for each of them starting with the first sub he toasted. After he had finished each sub they stayed on the bench until the last one was finished and then they were wrapped up. Not the first time the service and food has been disappointing. Staff should be trained to be more efficient with their processes and help out their coworkers instead of hiding in the back.

I only continue going there because Logan village is seriously limited with healthier options. The customer service is absolutely appalling. They are continuously running out of fillings. It doesn’t matter if there’s one or three people serving, the wait is guaranteed to be exceptionally long.

Appalling staff levels, only had 2 girls serving and one was preoccupied with Uber ears orders. We waited over half an hour to get service even though there were only 3 people in line in front of us. Also both girls had a sour expression on their face and we’re wasting good food left right and centre as they kept getting the orders wrong.

Subway is the same whatever store you go to – always fresh. In this instance we didn’t even go in as the queue was out the door. Grabbed an awesome kebab next door, ate it and were back in the car before the lady who was outside Subway waiting to go in, got out.

Easily the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I was really excited when subway opened up locally, I’ve really tried to give them a good go and have been to the store 5 times… Every time they’ve made the order wrong, run out of the bread I like, don’t have the sauce I like, etc. They’re always understaffed, the kids have had no proper training which is unfair on them (and paying customers), there never seems to be any support from more experienced team members and orders always take forever. I hope the owner does the right thing and offers the staff proper training, support and the right resources to keep the franchise running.
