Hello I ordered large chai late. 10 nuggets and a hot custard and raspberry pie nuggets was warm not like hot as out of the fryer. Drink is spot on but the Pie don’t ask. It’s like cold like room cold not warm or hot at all. I have never ever been served a hot pie that cold. 12:10am was rough time of purchase

Got Uber Eats delivered wasn’t a lot but a nugget meal a burger meal and 2 seperate burgers. We got given sweet n sour sauce but no nuggets and we got the burgers & drinks but no chips for the meals? Does no one check when they hand out Uber orders? ♂️

Had high hopes this place would succeed & do very well compared to our Jimboomba store; but no such luck. They have lengthy wait times. They don’t care; slack & are unprofessional. If you don’t like your jobs – then quit, its that simple. Its not the customers fault you hate your employer. It’s funny how I been to 2 different maccas and they give u monopoli stickers with regular or lrg shakes, well Yarrabilba doesn’t. Good to know which maccas to go and not go to. Also found that staff can be very rude like they don’t even want to be there.

Haven’t been to Macca’s in a while and I came back to a bad order my hamburger tasted like it has been out all day and they didn’t put my flake on my 2 soft serves. The workers are loud at cleaning and don’t care about professionalism. Not like it’s my problem tho. I was just really upset that I can back to a bad order. It made me so sad. Yesterday around 12, a young lady with glasses and a wonderful smile at the payment window took my order perfectly, she had great service and a great attitude for providing us with a better experience than most other fast food places around that area. Yarrabilba Store: Minimum 10minute service in dining room, order usually incorrect requiring more time to remedy. Never any printer paper or table numbers on self serve machine. Single-ply a*se-ripping paper in the toilets. Dining room usually filthy. Staff are indifferent at best, rude at worst. Maccas used to be fast, cheap & tasty and is now none of these things, won’t be wasting my time or money anymore.

Sorry to have to write a review like this. Firstly I will say the amenities were immaculate. That’s my only prase for this establishment. The staff were taking care of drive through and seemed to have forgotten about shop front service. Once they had my order it was served to us reasonably prompt. A simple order. Large hot chocolate, small coffee and two slices of raisin bread toast. Drinks were fine but the toast was burnt badly, ( not fit for consumption but that was only part of the problem). Apart from being burnt they didn’t even supply and butters to at least help it slide down the throat. Yes I had to go back to the counter to ask for butter. They did give me 2 butters and one knife. I guess they were conserving the planet, only one wooden knife. Maybe the fact my wife and I were over the age of 17 threw them off a little. Not really sure but I do use McDonald’s in other places in Brisbane and other towns as I like to travel a bit around the country and usually like a quick drop in for a snack. Hope this trend doesn’t flow on to other stores as I’ll have to find other places for our snacks while travelling. Some places use secret shopper’s, maybe it’s use here would be of an advantage.
