Wonderful night at Nobu, and on a Thursday too! Big credit to my waiter Johnny, a tall and friendly guy who was very attentive to every course of the meal. I had a spicy cream crab, eel and avocado sushi with chocolate fondant (green tea ice cream) for dessert washed down with cider, and loved every minute of it. Been to other restaurants in Crown, but Nobu is the one to trust! Ate downstairs too, first time experience in a great atmosphere. 5 stars, Nobu!

We had a such a pleasant experience at Nobu. Our waiter, Ron, was so knowledgable about the menu and recommended popular dishes, as it was our first time at Nobu, which did not disappoint. Our favourites for the night were the Miso Cod and the Baby Tiger Prawns – both are must haves. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the dimmed lighting made for a moody setting and there wasn’t a spare seat in the restaurant, however it wasn’t loud. Our booking was for 2 hours, but the staff did not ask us to leave after our sitting, we had the table for an extra half an hour until we were ready to leave. They couldn’t have been more accommodating. All in all we had a great experience, highly recommend.

Expensive but amazing food for a special occasion. Stand outs for us were the oysters, beef dumplings and truffle wagu. Attentive service and pretty busy especially at the bar downstairs watching food be prepared but the dark surrounds and wood add to the relaxed ambience.
