Seems no one ever ordered a burger without a bun. The did not put an paper under the meat, just all in the box. Price was more than others as well for the same. Best to avoid this place

I Drive through ordered a large whopper meal, large onion rings and a whppper on its own for $29. Came home and found 2nd burger missing and everything was cold, coke was flat and onion rings burned. My wife and I shared the single sloppy cold burger. I decided by principle to return to store inperson to express my very bad food experience and get a $9 refund for my missing burger. Manager could not care less, said i ate the food so nothing she could do, which i responed with the burger was missing. So she processed the refund and as i was scanning she walked away and i waited for her to return to hand me the receipt. I tried to get the attention of the other staff 3 metres away who could not even care less either. Someone eventual came and i asked for my reciept, the manager never returned. Forget about the food the experience , but I was expecting more care factor from burger king management on their quality control and customer care factors . It is though this is a common problem at this store. Happy to talk to any senior management if contacted Bye bye hungry jacks…

Absolutely poor customer service was told if your not happy, do not come back here. Food is always cold and old, wait is very prolonged. I have attempted to adress these issues with the manager and she was extremely uncooperative, unprofessional and arrogant. Part of the role of a manager in a business is to openly take constructive criticism and work on the business weaknesses. She does not fit the management role having her there will make the business reputation poor as word of mouth and reviews can be significant component in increasing productivity and advertising business to determine future success.

I recently visited Hungry Jack’s at Green valley, and while the food tasted great, unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory due to several issues. Although the location I visited was better than the one in Smithfield, I regret not taking a photo to prove to the managers the state of the empty but dirty tables. Additionally, the misinformation provided about the availability of a specific soft drink and below-average service left a bad impression on me. Although I would give a 3-star rating because of the taste of the food, the lack of cleanliness and accuracy of information were concerning. I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and accuracy, and I hope that the management takes note of these issues and works to address them to provide a better experience for future customers.

The wait took ages, which isn’t necessarily HJ’s fault. But they didn’t give me the right order (fries missing) I called them multiple times and no answer, the phone just rings out then hangs up. I’m annoyed as I still haven’t had this issue sorted out.

Hungry Jacks where the burgers are BETTER & BIGGER than MacDonald’s. Food leaves MacDonald’s far behind. The Cowpasture Road outlet is disgraceful. Staff always appear confused with orders and customer service. No manners. But then again, MacDonald’s is much, much worse. I had a MacDonald’s cheese burger yesterday. The smallest and most dustasteful burger U have EVER had.
