I think the workers you have here have barely any training or experience, you need to train them how to cook the bread properly and how to take an order as they have buggered it up the past 5 times going there by under cooked meat, under toasted bread, and I don’t wanna be rude by telling the worker off seeing as it’s not there fault there not properly trained

Please, Please, PLEASE teach your staff the importance of Hygiene and changing gloves. I literally watched one of the employees handle my food, TOUCH HER FACE and continue to assemble my order. I threw it in the bin as soon as i received it. Very unimpressed.

I waiter for 30mins there were only 4 people in Front of me. There was only one lady working and she was very slow it 30 minutes to get my sub. It is really disappointing. I am not sure I will go back there again. It’s waste of time. I rather go and eat some in the cafe beside it. She was not even listening to me of when I was say the name of sauces I want. Very bad experience.

Yeah went there today got a salad bowl and I asked for a medium one with extra meat she goes I can’t do that so I had to get a large one it wasn’t biz at all I waited for ages and it cost me 17 dollars something and the couldn’t find the chicken on the computer so she charged me for chicken strips I couldn’t believe I waited there for 20 minutes and there was one person in there
