Customer service is shocking. Went yesterday and asked for tomatoes and got unripe tomatoes and an end bit and when I asked him to change the end piece he gave me a dirty look and started giving me attitude. As an ex manager of a subway, I was appalled and definitely wouldn’t have let that slide in my workplace. People are paying for a service, you give it to them. It’s not hard.

Worst subway I’ve ever been to, the lady at lunch time on the 25/3/23 very unclean, I ordered the meatballs footlong sub she the. counted the meatballs and put one back never had that before it didn’t even cover the whole roll then I asked for mozzarella cheese she put the tiniest bit on I had to ask 3 times for more then I asked for avocado she brought a new packet out and it was all frozen she then cut it up into pieces and put it on I said is that frozen she said yes I don’t think someone can do someone’s more stupid than her, it’s just come out of the oven with the meatballs and cheese then she puts diced frozen avocado on. I could tell she was extremely lazy aswell. I don’t know how this franchise is still going wouldn’t surprise me if they close their doors soon

Meat uncovered and flies all over the meat. Topped up on onion pickles and jalapeños but all of the other toppings barely anything. Couldn’t even scan my subway rewards because it was invalid apparently. So basically had a sub of just salami sauce onion and pickles. Customer service was not great.

I always enjoy a good subway. Sadly the staff are not always that friendly. They looked over worked or doing long shifts. So they don’t service you with a smile. But I will still love a subway as it’s the cheapest meal I can enjoy with a lot of stuffing.

They supposedly have two newby crew on and left us waiting over 20 minutes for our orders, when there was no one in the store. They had one person making orders and the other was on the phone. When my friend tried to complain as their food had gone cold and soggy. They refused to give a refund and argued that it was “ not their problem” . It took us 10 minutes for them to ignore the request for the refund and decided they will just remake the sub. We also got refillable cups with ice, the ice had mould in it in all drinks. This is unacceptable behaviour and has greatly changed our view of the store as we had not had any issues before. But if management is okay putting two untrained, incapable employees in charge of the store who believe this is the right way to treat customers I will not be coming here again.

They made my sub and left it on the counter for literally 15 minutes. When I got it the bread was soggy and meat tasted off. I just asked for a replacement and they argued with me on it saying that its not my problem so I got upset and asked for a refund and they refused me a refund saying they couldn’t open the till but there on a close shift, how they gonna count there till at the end of the night when they can’t open there till? So they said they would just make me a new one and then that was terrible. Also the ice had mould on it.
