Unfortunately we stood inline for over 40 minutes. One employee very very slow, not even serving customers. To watch over 10 customers walk out with no food. Poor management here. Does not even deserve 1 star.

Have unfortunately just had to walk out with no service as one staff member struggled with a line up by the door with no help. I thought he was by himself until a girl wandered out to bring some bags or wrappers and didn’t even acknowledge the Line up or her team member struggling. This all comes down to bad management unfortunately.

Wouldn’t scan my subway rewards card. Said they were on otr subway (clearly not!). Was on a main street no where near an otr servo . Again girl out the back came out after waiting 15mins for other customers to be served. No sorry for the wait! No customer service.

The staff are rude ,uncouth bunch and don’t deserve to be in the customer facing business. Very poorly trained without any manners and talk back to customer requests. The franchise owner ,if listening, don’t let the subway brand name being spoilt by your employees who shall move-on with time but your place shall stink.
