Waited 15 minutes for the young man to make 2 subs for Uber and then another 15 for him to make mine. I shouldn’t be stood in subway for half a hour as the only customer. He was clearly uninterested, insanely slow and in need of a career change. Didn’t have bacon or carrot at the start of the day??? Once I finally managed to get something it was pretty good.

I ordered a six inch sub, and they put the salads only towards the middle leaving the ends empty obviously so they can save on product. It meant one third of the sub was mostly just bread. Don’t go there. Just drive a further 3-4 minutes to another subway

No customer service or need to want to be at work from workers, noticed no hair nets soon as I walked in and first thing I saw when I started eating my food was a long piece of hair. Not to mention there was hardly any food available for our orders and was messy and gross in-store. Never ever going back there. Poor quality

We’ve been getting our weekly takeaway meal here for a couple of months now. Omg freshest salads, unlike others in the area. We have never had a bad sub or service. Great service, great food would highly recommend.

Outrageous! I understand it takes a little extra time like 5 mins to prepare more food l, as usual, but 40 minutes later and my food is only just getting started…. After 1 whole hour they finally finished making my 2 foot longs. Also sent my delivery driver away without my knowledge! Now my food is stone cold!!!

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Menu not turned on. 3 staff standing chatting at the front counter trying to avoid eye contact so they wouldn’t have to actually work. Took so long to wait for the conversation to end so we could eventually order. Then waited another long while which seemed to be due to said staff member who was struggling to gather up the energy to slap meat and salad on our subs. Tasted fine but it’d be hard to mess that up. Absolutely do not recommend. Won’t be back.

If I didn’t have to select a star in order to leave a review I wouldn’t have. Placed a group order and received only 1 sub which took almost an hour to prepare. Common sense would tell one that a group order is collated together and handed over at the same time! I guess common sense isn’t that common! Disappointing that a simple order could get so complicated. Someone seriously needs to manage that store judging by the reviews. With so much competition out there you cannot afford to overlook the basics.
