There is a girl that works at Maitland store, i noticed today her name is Lucy. She is exceptional and definitely deserves recognition and a raise. She seems to be solely running the entire place, on top of training a new employee. She is very outgoing, respectful, patient and friendly to customers (observed while in line). Very confident and knowledgeable about the products. I’d feel very lucky if she was an employee of mine. She’s definitely going places!

Didn’t advertise anywhere that they couldn’t toast before making the subways, also rude service with a customer after us getting exactly what we asked for originally. Sprite tasted like water.

Never felt welcomed in the store, always a dupoor additude, I always say please and thank you to them but doesn’t seem to change their additude towards me when I come in next.
