Never order online here, never once have they gotten our order right. They even told us to drive back to the store once we were home and realised they had got our order completely wrong, the workers were kind enough to chuck in some cookies for us. Have to open our subs and check now, had to go back and ask for them to put avo on after paying extra for it. Pretty sure the owners have told the workers to put the bare minimum of servings on your sub and no care for costumer care.

Travelling Qld for 5 weeks, ate a LOT of Subway from Brisbane to Cairns. This was the WORST subway we went to. They are trying to make money by not giving the correct amounts of servings. So stingy!!! Wish we had taken a photo of our non existence salad bowls.

Worst subway in mackay, the owners have trained the staff to put the absolute minimum of toppings/salads on your sub or wrap but still charge full price…..Will be sending a complaint to subways head office…I recommend the andergrove or North Mackay stores…the owners there give you what you pay for, don’t waste your money with these grubs.

Food isn’t too bad. But the service is honestly disgraceful. Could barely understand what the guy serving me was saying.. he just seemed so out of it. Took a while to just get two things.. and there was beginning to be a line and some girl didn’t come out from out the back for ages. I’ve worked at Subway and I tell you what, they would’ve been up us if we had such slow and poor customer service. Was making me cringe. Sorry, but.. ♀️
