I walked in to very loud music and a disrespectful worker that asked me have I ever come to subway before in a dark deep tone I personally took this offensively and then he proceeded to call me his bro like he’s know me for his whole life.

Ordered 2 x 6 inch chicken snitzel subs toasted, in both the chicken was cold. Poor understanding of what we wanted and dirty in the shop. Lettuce looked 3 days old. Slow service. Although they did replace the cold subs for hot ones.

4 staff and only one serving, place was packed and after 10 minutes a young bloke took 2 minutes to put gloves on to serve me, asked for tomato on my chicken sub and he put tomato sauce all over it then tried to scrape it off. It’s the fourth time there and always takes ages to get served. It as tho the staff are trying to move as slow as possible, it’s like they’re lucky to remember to breath, never going back in the place

When I went there, they had most staff away on the day and weren’t offering all options e.g. bread type etc. however the person who was serving did her best. So overall a decent experience picking up nicely made subs.
