Absolutely disappointing, do not go there for a take away meal. Staff have no idea how to make a basic sandwich. I couldn’t justify paying $24 dollars for 2 poorly made sandwiches, and repeating youself several times to one of the managers the sandwich was “all bad”, can’t understand why he didn’t get it the first time. Plus it’s also scary when the other manager refers to carrot as a “garnish”. Maybe get some knowledge about the food game before throwing around words you don’tknow the meaning to, shows the level of experience they have in the industry – zero.

I went in store and ordered and pre paid a subway platter for my childs birthday. I was to pick it up on Friday the 26th Feb 2022 at 4.30.When I arrived at the store one employee was on, she had no knowledge of my platterl, she looked and then phoned someone. She got off the phone and said the person she had spoken too didnt make it, so I waited whilst she made it and at the same time she had uber eats orders to do and a driver there waiting.

If you enjoy not having toasted subs even when thats what you ordered online then heres the place for you. Also they specialise in forgetting to add cheese to the sub and the cheery on top is that they will basically forget everything. Your drink nope if the order is through uber you have better odds winning the lotto then getting your drink. Your toppings well lets just say there basically is none. Your sauce well enjoy swimming in whatever sauce you have chosen now finally the cheese welp if you select no to the deal they have going on right now then you wont get any cheese or your sub wont be toasted. Don’t order from here until they get there staff inline. Today they forgot the drink, cheese and to toast two subs. I will say when the delivery driver returned to the store for the drink the staff did give him cookies to make up for it. So thank you for owning up to your mistakes but please can your staff pay more attention to the tickets that come through the uber app.
