I enjoy going to Subway and do so when I can but I will be avoiding this location from now on. The customer service was horrible. The two girls serving were talking about their previous weekend and what movies they were going to see with their friends that evening and not paying much attention if any attention to their customers. I had to tell them multiple times which cheese or which salads I wanted on my sub as they continued to put a single ingredient on and then stop and talk forgetting that I was there or ignoring me and I had to tell them that I wanted salt and pepper as they didn’t bother to ask. The attitude towards their customers and that the restaurant itself looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a few weeks along with all the other negative reviews it has been getting should result in this location getting shut down. If I could give this location negative stars I would.

Disgraceful. Highly evident the owner doesnt have a lot of input and the staff just don’t care. The blonde girl that works there is extremely rude to customers. I almost wrote a review after she spoke down to me last time I was buying dinner 3 months ago but thought she was maybe just having a bad day? Turns out that’s her customer service and just how she treats people. Do yourself the favour and drive the extra 5 mins to the subway located near Caboolture hospital (always amazing service) or morayfield even!

Worst ever subway I have ever had. The girl was so rude. She just throwing the stuff on the subway. 12 inch and only got 4 slices of meat. I’m sure it should’ve been more. I won’t be going here again unless the manager takes action. There is no need for staff to be the way she was.

If I could give this place less than 1 star, I would. We went into subway ealier today on King Street in Caboolture and honestly it was the worst service I have ever recieved ever. Firstly, there were two trainees and one employee, the trainees were not even being shown how to do their job and were actually asking each other for help, like where is the employee showing them what to do and how to do it? The male trainee had long hair and was asked half-way through making a sub to put his hat on. He does so with his gloves still on and right over the subway, his gloves touching his hair and then he continues to make the sub with the same gloves. He gets to finishing the sub and then asks us as the customer where exactly the sauce is, he then struggles to cut the subway and the other workers there were just watching him instead of even showing him how to do it properly. They were actually laughing at him while he struggled and obviously as customers paying for a service it was getting quite annoying. We ended up receiving our subways that were half wrapped and basically falling out of the wrapper anyways, no point in wrapping them in the first place to be honest. My advice is, 1 get better employees, 2 train the trainees properly instead of making them guess and struggle, 3 practice hygiene a bit better and lastly understand that you will lose customers as we lost our entire appetite and still went home with 2 subways that were half wrapped and for all we know have dandruff and hair in them. Safe to say, we will never shop at the Subway on King Street ever again. The service was actually appalling, even for Caboolture.

Was served by a girl who was obviously new, really polite and great service, when rolling the wrap up it broke (not a big deal things happen) and so she asked one of her team members (Danielle she said) for help and completely be littled her, seemed annoyed and wasn’t great to be served by. I felt really bad for the new girl as she was still learning, it wasn’t a big deal and then her team member was completely unsupportive of her. Just really want the new girl to know it’s completely fine and she shouldn’t be treated that way.
