Ordered a simple muffin meal with a flat white coffee. Somehow I ended up paying for 2 coffees with one being nothing like I ordered. Had to wait for another coffee to be made and a refund for the extra coffee, only to be bought the right coffee but wrong size cup so now I’ve been overcharged. Staff are really struggling to achieve retail accuracy.

Terrible service, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s. Avoid this restaurant there are several others within a few minutes drive . Took 40 minutes to get 1 coffee . And if your wondering yes I walked in to the counter Instead of lining up in the drive thru .

Food was just thrown into a bag half was unwrapped. When I took it back the 1st staff member said “and” I asked if they thought it was presentable like this they responded what do you want this repeated a few times before a manager apologised and remade the order. Whole process took 50 minutes. Absolutely appalling.
