Used the app. When I indicated I was there, the app said they couldn’t find me and that I should proceed to store with a code. Staff member asked for code three times and asked me to proceed to window where manager intervened. Then we were asked to pay because apparently the payment was declined, but the app gave no indication that there was a problem with my card. We waited for ages and finally the drinks came and she indicated we were done. I told her we hadn’t received our food and she said she was going to get it. The food bag arrived and seeing as it’d all been a balls up, we checked thoroughly to find a dbl qtr pounder was missing. So had to get out of the car and enter the store and tell them a burger was missing from the store. It looked crazy in there, the floor covered in rubbish. To top it off, my coffee frappé was an expensive disappointment. I’ve had a few; this was the worst – like icy milk. Altogether pretty poor, Maccas.

Restaurant got most of the order on drive thru order wrong including missing items, when called to rectify they promised to re-issue the entire order. Later, when approached to claim the re-issued order, the staff claimed they only replace the missing items, even though we were assured we would receive the whole order replaced. Staff were rude, went through 3 staff before anybody even helped. Actually the worst McDonalds I have attended.

The last 3 times I’ve visited this store, staff have been rude and the service extremely slow. Even the young girl who is the mngr, clearly needs help and training as she was very stressed and became rude as well. Not coming here anymore! I’m done.

went through drive thu this morning and the man at the payment window said my card was declined so I paid cash. He did not give a receipt. I knew I had money in my account so I checked online banking and the transaction was pending. i went in-store and the man was not there but a woman said to comeback in two days for a refund. been getting brekky there regularly so checked recent transactions and was charged twice yesterday. will only use cash there from now on.
