Don’t normally give 2 Fugs enough to leave a review but this maccas is horrible. So many times the women on in the morning have been crabby. Great way to start your day. And they’ve messed up my order but I just deal with it. Tonight they completely forgot one of our burgers, we don’t live near by or near shops so you can imagine how inconvenient this was when we got home. They only offered the bare minimum in return for messing up our dinner which was to replace the burger only. So I’d have to drive 20mins back to them when I want it and one of us has to go without dinner. I understand mistakes happen. That’s why you offer to fix it the right way, you didn’t just miss a burger, you F’d up our dinner after a long day of work.

We were there for a granddaughter’s birthday dinner. I’m Coeliac (and lactose-intolerant) and especially asked what was gluten-free. The only food offered was a chocolate raspberry cake, that I ordered with a lactose-free coffee (checked if it was full-cream milk, but then corrected herself to lactose-free). My daughter google searched to find something decent for me to eat for dinner – a classic grilled chicken.salad. i got a very unappetising chicken caesar salad, so had to get that swapped. Too many mistakes in everyone’s orders and not very helpful.

This is the worst store by far that I’ve ever come across. The staff were joking around and laughing as people were asking for their money back and leaving because they were waiting for over 30mins for a bacon and egg muffin. I waited 45 mins for 2 pieces of raisin toast and a coffee. They kept saying 3 mins then 15 mins would pass then theyd say it again, i ended up asking for my money back and leaving. Such a joke. Avoid this place at all costs it’s the worst store I’ve ever come across and they ruined our family day out. So much for a quick feed on the way. I’ll definitely never return as I’m sure everyone else that was there that day won’t either as there were many angry customers. It wasn’t even that busy. Poorly managed.

Absolutely Disgraceful went threw the drive through and ordered food got ask to go to the 2 window then got there to pay the manger then said I had to go all way around and go back to the first window I said no can u just take my card and pay for it or bring the eftpos machine to me and then said no u can go back around and line up knowing dam well that there was a heap of people line up for the drive threw I asked again for the eftos and he he walked away and told go line up so I went inside to pay stood there for 20 mins with him avoiding me not allowing me to pay for my food so I had to get my partner to pay for it Absolutely discussed if this is how customer service works won’t be coming back again
