i wasn’t going to subway to be served but waiting out front of macces and watched as a girl an Employee with short brown hair with a justin bieber haircut but that worked there standing there playing with whatever the hell she was playing with while 2 costumers were standing in front of her waiting to be served for nearly 5 mins and they proceeded to yell at the employee who was in the back very loud for everyone to hear “CAN YOU GET OUT FRONT AND SERVE” it’s was disgusting made me and my partner uncomfortable and made the people who were waiting uncomfortable and probably everyone around us. not to mention when they walked off she was able to suddenly stop what ever she was doing to go yell at her employee at the back it was disgusting and management should be ashamed to have her on your team and working for you. I’m not sure who the employee was in the back but hope your okay and that act of rudeness didn’t go unseen.

Usually I regret going to this subway however this time was different. The young lady who served me (around 12, not the blonde one who’s there most of the time) was honestly wonderful, I haven’t had better service there until this young lady. I get the meatball pot (thank you for them btw, never get rid of them pls) she gave me the perfect amount of cheese and sauce (I’m very picky) it was wonderful.

I am a subway employee visiting Toowoomba, and the absolute disregard for customers was shameful, standing and talking with 10+ customers waiting, having white bread ready and just saying they can’t serve it, half the baine being empty and no meatballs, the store a huge mess with food scraps everywhere and when the sub is finished it’s a soggy mess and can’t be closed properly.

I have been to many many subways over the years from Travelling throughout Australia and I can tell you this is the worst one I’ve visited. Moving to Toowoomba only this year i have visited this subway multiple times and have been met with rude staff and missing ingredient choices. I understand when u run out of lettuce or cheeses on a busy day but there is no excuse for not having meatballs, teriyaki chicken, tomato, lettuce, pickles and avocado during a normal day at the beginning of the week. I’m also severely allergic to Dairy and couldn’t have the pepperoni either as it had cheese in it from them chucking all food everywhere.

I just wanted a cheese toastie but the chick who served me was so rude, could tell she didn’t want to be there. After rolling her eyes after telling her the bread I wanted and the tone of her voice was not pleasant, after taking it out of the toaster and put it in its packaging she end up throwing it from the salad section onto the counter near the cashier area, I was speechless. I just wanted to get my food and leave as quick as I can after all that happening.

I honestly applaud the two girls on today who valiantly tried to do the work of 6. If you don’t have enough staff to cover sick leave – you haven’t hired enough people. Its Saturday and the centre is packed and these two poor girls are running to and fro trying to do everything – the franchisee should get their arse down here and help.
