The staff are just kids . Food is just thrown together with no care and the white bread is sometimes hard and stale . Have given them a few chances but still the same service . Teach them how to do their job properly

Absolutely terrible customer service. Only filled half the foot longs with filling, kept making the order incorrectly. Left and was given the wrong biscuits. This is the second day in a row this has happened. Will not be returning to this store.

Either they have a hard time keeping quality staff or they’re not there when I visit. It feels like I’m always being served by someone in their first week.

Never has any cookies in stock. Understaffed, very slow when making sandwiches. Doesn’t prioritise tasks properly – chick on counter was putting cheese on top of bread instead of serving customers. We ended up leaving and going to a different subway after waiting 15 mins.

I was really impressed with the young girl who served me tonight. Entered the store just after 6 and she was really busy. She was very polite and apologetic about the wait. Great service.

It’s usually good at the red edge subway but last nights order was terrible. The 2 staff clearly wanted to be anywhere else than work and it showed with the extremely poor quality of the subs I ordered.
